How We Work

A clear process from the first discussion to transaction execution.

PvtFin helps corporate clients assess financing options, structure their requirements and engage suitable capital providers. The process is adapted to the nature of the mandate, its urgency and the information available.

  1. Tell us the requirement

Begin with your company name, approximate funding amount, purpose and target timeline. A short WhatsApp message, email or telephone conversation is sufficient for the initial discussion.

Detailed financial records and identity documents can follow through an agreed sharing process.

  2. Preliminary assessment

We discuss the business, proposed use of funds, repayment source, current borrowing position and any available security or transaction support.

This helps us assess potential financing routes and identify the information needed for the next stage.

  3. Confidentiality and information sharing

Before detailed, sensitive mandate information is exchanged or circulated, we agree formal NDA arrangements and the scope of sharing.

You receive a checklist suited to the requirement and an agreed channel for sharing documents.

  4. Agree the engagement

Where an assignment proceeds, the written engagement sets out the scope of work, responsibilities, applicable fees and payment stages.

The sequence of assessment, mandate execution and capital-provider engagement is agreed for the particular transaction.

  5. Capital-provider assessment

Suitable opportunities are presented to relevant capital providers within the agreed sharing arrangements.

Their assessment may cover financial performance, cash flows, repayment capacity, security, transaction documents and other requirements specific to the proposal.

  6. Terms and execution

If the proposal progresses, we help coordinate discussions on commercial terms, documentation and the steps required for execution.

Funding approval and disbursement remain subject to the capital provider's assessment, agreed terms and completion of the required conditions.

Fees and engagement terms

Fees are agreed in writing for each mandate. Depending on the assignment, the arrangement may include a success fee, a retainer or a combination.

The engagement should explain what the fee covers, when it becomes payable and the treatment of any applicable taxes or third-party charges.

Timing

Urgent and time-sensitive requirements are considered from the outset. The timeline depends on the structure, readiness of information, diligence, documentation and capital-provider decisions.

We discuss your deadline and the steps needed to assess whether it can be met.
