Corporate funding in Delhi NCR
PvtFin helps medium and large corporates across Delhi NCR assess and arrange funding for urgent payments, working capital, business transactions and special situations. We work with promoters, directors, CFOs and authorised finance teams.
Corporate funding requirements from 1 cr are considered. The available route depends on the borrowing entity, purpose, cash flows, existing debt, security and proposed repayment source.
Our role is to assess the requirement, consider suitable structures and coordinate with relevant capital providers. Funding approval and disbursement remain subject to their assessment, agreed terms and completion of the required conditions.
When a funding discussion can help
A company may need funds before a customer pays, while a bank facility is being processed, or ahead of an acquisition or settlement deadline. Other requirements involve longer term expansion, refinancing or a change in the existing borrowing structure.
The first task is to establish what must be paid, by when, and how the proposed borrowing will be repaid. A short funding gap and a longer term funding requirement need different assessments.
Funding requirements across NCR business locations
Delhi corporate offices and industrial businesses
For a company with an office in Connaught Place, Nehru Place, Jasola, Saket or another Delhi business district, the discussion should identify the entity that needs funds and where its operations and assets are located. Industrial requirements may arise in Okhla, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Naraina, Mayapuri and other established manufacturing areas.
Gurugram and Manesar
A Gurugram corporate office may be seeking funding for a group business, acquisition or refinancing. A manufacturer in Manesar may need to bridge production expenses and customer receipts. The assessment should follow the actual borrower, use of funds and cash available for repayment.
Noida and Greater Noida
Requirements can involve inventory, import payments, customer receivables, factory expansion or project expenditure. We separate the immediate operating need from longer term investment so that the proposed funding period has a clear basis.
Faridabad and Ballabgarh
For industrial businesses, a review may involve supplier payments, order execution, machinery expenditure or refinancing. Existing working capital facilities, other repayments and any charges on proposed security need to be understood at the outset.
Ghaziabad and Sahibabad
Manufacturing, distribution and trading requirements may involve money tied up in stock and customer balances. An invoice value alone does not show how much cash will arrive or when. Acceptance, deductions, payment history and existing financing affect the assessment.
Other NCR industrial belts
We also consider suitable requirements from the wider NCR, including Sonipat and Kundli, Bahadurgarh and Jhajjar, Dharuhera and Bawal, Panipat, Meerut, Bhiwadi and Neemrana. Share the company office and operating locations so that the requirement can be reviewed in its proper context.
Funding routes we assess
Depending on the mandate, we consider emergency and bridge funding, working capital and invoice finance, structured debt including suitable ICD or ICL arrangements, import and export finance, term and project funding, refinancing and acquisition finance.
NPA, OTS and other stressed situations require a separate review of the existing lender position, legal status, transaction terms and repayment route. Acceptance for review does not constitute funding approval.
What to share for an initial discussion
- Company name, business activity and office and operating locations.
- Your name, role and authority to discuss the requirement.
- Amount required, purpose and date by which funds are needed.
- Recent turnover and a brief summary of current borrowing.
- Proposed repayment source and any available security or transaction support.
A short summary is enough to begin. Detailed financial records, bank statements and sensitive papers can follow through the agreed confidentiality and document sharing process.
How the engagement proceeds
We begin with a preliminary discussion, identify the information needed and agree confidentiality arrangements before detailed sensitive information is exchanged or circulated. If the assignment proceeds, the written engagement sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities.
Suitable proposals are then taken through capital provider assessment, discussions on terms and the steps required for execution. Share the actual funding deadline in the first conversation so that readiness and dependencies can be assessed.
Common questions
Can the office and factory be in different locations?
Yes. Tell us the borrowing entity, office location and factory or project location. We assess the transaction and repayment position rather than relying on the postal address alone.
Can you assess an urgent requirement?
Yes. Share the amount, purpose, deadline and proposed repayment source. Timing depends on the structure, information readiness, diligence, documentation and capital provider decisions.
Can secured and unsecured routes be considered?
Both may be considered where appropriate. The available route depends on the company, transaction, repayment arrangements and the capital provider.
How should we contact PvtFin?
